Of course the big unknown is the number of outstanding shares of CYDM now. If Greg does not dilute the O/S in the deal, then we can assume the number of shares now is around 200 million. But like others I'm always worried about what Greg leaves out of PRs!! But since he owns LGTT shares, if he dilutes CYDM, then he screws himself so I'm gonna be an optimist and assume there is not going to be any change in the O/S for CYDM.

PS MArine:

1. If there is little to no float on CYDM, it will be impossible to short.

2. I believe Greg would have to change the share structure of CYDM to make the shares restriced. I'm guessing that about 90%+ of CYDM is owned by one person or small group and those are the shares purchased and distributed to LGTT shareholders. It would be stupid for Greg to change the CYDM share structure to do so as it would kill LGTT and drive shareholders away in droves!!!
