I did. It's a little ambiguous... I would assumy it to mean they are appointing a new Board of Directors, President and CEO for Cyber Defense Systems, but the way it is worded it could also mean a new Board of Directors, President and CEO for Ligatt.

Though I just don't see Gregory Evans stepping out of the CEO role of Ligatt.
