That would depend on--a partnering deal for what? If $2-5 million could be obtained for just CX717 for RD, I think they would take it. That would allow time to finish SA, and complete either a partnership or M&A. But if it was for something more crucial, i.e. CX-1739, which locks up two indications, M&A would have to be the focus, because $2-5 million (to use the amount you suggested) would not allow them to develop either another low-impact or a high-impact through POC.
