It's in the filings that have been posted all over the board, with links. There's no way you missed those, being the moderator. Ribotsky's name is in the filings in black and white.
The Gelmon's who are running SSHS also ran BNYN, AVTI and PCLI into the ground, diluting and reverse splitting.
Sure it might bounce, but buyer beware, I've never seen the odds so heavily stacked against that prospect.
I hope it bounces all the way back to your .10's, that would be great for you, and anyone buying here in the sub pennies. I just don't see it though.
