I agree. I think they will continue to increase the A/S. SPNG will fall through the .12 as soon as the 8k is released. Looking for a big correction this week. Looking to get back in at .08 maybe less. Personally I am affraid of this stock, I have no faith in her after watching it go from .2851 to .07 in 30 minutes. This stock is controled by large shareholders, management (dilution), naked shorts, shorts, day trader and MM's. The retail investor doesnt stand a chance. Even buying the dips is not a good method anymore. I am happy to watching this from the sidelines now. Best move I have ever made for my mental health. I was in at .0234 so I had no problem selling at .14

Good luck to all. Great company with huge potential but now is not the time to be in this stock. I would wait.
