Looks like to me this law suit is VERY REAL, to say it is frivolous or that it doesn't matter is very concerning.
If you go and read the Nevada Star release and then work your way to todays standings of pure nickel owning those rights and giving CPRK 3 years from Nov. 26 2003 to get this into production.....they then gave them two 1 year extensions to get it together.....MD has been dragging this out for years and it looks to me like the people he signed contracts with have had enough of his lies and non payment.....Pure nickel is trying to run a business....they can't run on lies and non-payment.
I would suggest you go and look at pure nickles (PNCKF) financial statements to date and you will find that CPRK has paid nothing for anything they have received. This company has justified claims and I think we will all find out in the near future that this is far from frivolous. Pure nickel is not playing games here.
