Wolfin, if you're nervous it would be best to wait until:

Financially, they are in the black.

They have a long term finance deal.

They have sold some licenses to major players.

Their suit with Scanbuy is settled or won.

IMO, when these four items are accomplished their stock will be a much better buy than it is now. The pps will be higher, of course, but the risk will be much, much less.

There will be talk of the NASDAQ;

Per share earnings estimates could range between .10 and .50;

Analysts will be following the stock;

Stock repurchase plan?

NYSE?

Major merger?
