b)Alexandrite laser for use in remote sensing of chemical and biological warfare agents. LNGT had completed and delivered the first prototype to ITT Corporation in Aug 2008 (proof-of-concept).

LNGT is now working on a smaller-sized prototype for ITT Corporation. "The case in point is the ITT/Army laser for remote sensing. First they paid for the demonstration prototype laser. Now we’re working to propose and receive a contract for the engineered laser which we’ll take the prototype laser as our base line, and engineer it to be small and meet military specs for in field use, with the laser specification they need."
