Though this article may be a bit outdated (Year 2003), we can linked NASA with ITT and with Laser Energetics !!! See 4.4 Governmental, Industrial and Academic Partnerships. Looking great for LNGT ! Considering the long-term relationship with ITT (and for the remote sensing project as well where the first prototype had been completed).
