All I know is that the GFCI board changed dramatically after the buyouy PR. A couple of posts shareholders wrote about receiving packets. I guess only some did.
The SEC is still after the CKMX Diamonds mess since 2003. Most posts have mentioned a SEC investigation for a long time. I know thw first time I called and wrote the SEC in 8/06 the man I spoke with said as much. The last SEC guy who e-mailed me just gave me a canned response the same as 11-08.
I stand by every post I wrote. More than one story here.
I often wonder at the mass of talent and dedicated shareholders that were around that now have disappered.
