I don't want to be disrespecting John or anyone in the company. After all I do have a substantial investment in New Visuals, and I really hope this thing proves out. But one, I would think, has to admit that not everything put out by the company has come to fruition. Now whether or not one has lied may be a matter of semantics, but when you announce that you will be merging with Hytek only to later say that you will be merging with Hytek after they have completed their year end auditing process only later to become silent over the matter (this is June and the merger was to be an end of the year/beginning of the year deal), it would be easy to see why some would doubt the veracity of a company spokesman.
Oh, I know Hytek no longer serves our purposes, and after all we have a new team on board. But if the Hytek deal is off, then wouldn't it be the up front and honest thing to tell those who own shares in this company and are, at least in theory, part owners in this company that the deal it off.
And don't tell me SEC regulation prohibit that kind of communication.
Again, I own a lot of stock in this company, and I continue to believe that something good will eventually happen here. But I don't think the company has been up front and honest with us all of the time. Now that may not be the same thing as lying, but it ain't exactly telling the truth either.
