Well cleanliness and the environment aren't what dictates the price of this stock, the share structure and market traders interest does. Everytime the company does something like raise the A/S without explanation just makes that make more people weary of taking a position. Here is is two weeks after the bad Friday and people are still worried about it happening again, and frankly when the 8K comes out showing the increase I expect another fairly significant drop.
