Promise, aspire, what's the difference?... as it is ALL HYPE and BS by CEO EVANS!!!
Now some here claim Evans is just too enthusiastic and gets carried away in his video blogs. However, I disagree. I think he HYPED like crazy in the beginning to sell shares owned by Ligatt... to raise money. Let's look at the facts:
In the beginning CEO Evans HYPED how much the pps of IGTP had gone up since he bought it. He HYPED "juicy steak PRs", he HYPED "6 acquisitions all with significant revenue"....he HYPED new product PRs a week. He HYPED "mind blowing news" etc etc etc.
Then he refused to release the share structure for weeks and claimed the delay in the symbol/name change was not his fault. I think the delay was on purpose to allow CEO Evans to DILUTE the IGTP shares and sell. Then there was the HYPE about low float and CEO Evans buyings shares. The IGTP shares spiked to .015.
But wait, why would HYPING EVANS need to buy shares? He could give himself as many free shares as he wanted. In fact, when he finally released the share structure for LGTT, we found out that is EXACTLY what he did!! The O/S, A/S and FLOAT increased dramitcally!! Plus the free float shares quadrupled and to this day HYPING EVANS refuses to divulge the original makeup of those shares.
So why did Evans go public? He seems to hate shareholders so why bother? Well people go public for one reason only - TO RAISE CASH!!! CEO Evans has been selling LGTT shares out of the free float shares IMO. He HYPED news and in his video blogs to get suckers to buy his shares. My guess since he refuses to divulge ANY financials that he is barely breaking even, if that.
He may be done selling but the problem now is CEO EVANS NEVER had any real news to report. There are not 6 acquisitions with significant revenue, there is ZERO!! The new products are rehashed products from his old company that already have tons of competition. And there are ZERO large contracts to report!!
But don't believe a word I post. Just look at the pitiful pps and the inability to hold a freakin 1/4 of a penny, then it's clear many do believe CEO Evans HYPED and BSed many shareholders to take their money!!!
