If I was in Gene Newton shoes I wouldn't put any PR's out either. The next PR I would put out would be something like "RCCH is announcing the completed merger of one (1) of their sub companies IWS to the TSX or TSX-V commencing on ??? trading under the ticker symbol ???". That would be it. Then I would just sit back and watch the shorts scramble and LOL. Just the way I would do it.
