the media's objective right now is to keep the race close so the public watches, that has always been their mo in these presidential elections, that is one of the reasons the swifties are getting so much coverage, they don't want Kerry jumping too far ahead, if Bush gets a bounce out of the convention, you will see them knock him down, it is all a game with the media
