What are the legal aspects involved with the manipulated vote?

they stated in proxy that original vote denied r/s. so they extended the date, so dilution could occur to allow the converted to vote!! i don't think they can vote, can they? and i thought you could only have a new vote in different fiscal yr am i correct anyone know!!!

i do believe this to be illegal and don't know why no one has discussed it!!!!!!!!! thank you
