They have financing in place to sell shares every month....I posted it earlier on the board....You have to play the swings with this one....buy when the financers are selling....sell when they're done and price goes back up....wait for next round of debentures to hit to buy back....hope big DOE funding news doesn't hit when you're not in it or.....if that's too risky, buy, forget about it and ignore the price swings on this one.....
