Nice call Oat,Retailers/developers doing well after the pull back last few weeks.Bed/Bath/beyond good report started the north move yesterday along with a one or two economic reports.Most were near bottoms technically anyway.Been playing these all year off the lows~Psun/pei/cbl/ddr.Looking harder at some cheapies in retail.If you run across any.Let me know.Somehow missed pir earlier in the year below.50.Bob :))
