onebbqman do you actually speak to someone on the phone at Arete? I've tried calling at least 20 times and I never ever have gotten a live person to speak to over there. who did you speak to and when did you call. I cant believe a company with millions to be made has no communication by phone, has anyone else experienced this ? it is worrisome that I cannot contact the company
