Anytime information is put out to a select few without all having the opportunity to take part it is insider information. This would be a reason to halt trading of the stock, if they were to put out information in the meeting such as vote count etc.

And Holder needs to grow up a bunch with his posts. I highly doubt he would act the way he does on here to someone in person.
