Unfortunately, while all financings are to varying degrees, necessarily dilutive, "flow through" financings from a non-Candian shareholder perspective are by far, the least desirable
form of private placement as historically, the bulk of those 13,888,889 flow through shares will undoubtedly hit the market much sooner than would the shares of an ordinary 'type' private placement.

I'm not implying that AGT isn't a decent investment by any means..... just that with the buying that has been stated by some of the contributors to this board, additional selling 'head winds' sometime in the foreseeable future are not exactly what the doctor would order.
