The major institutional brokerages on the L2 have been buying this at .0011 and .0012 and are flipping it, now. When they run out of shares, they'll bring the price back down to .0011 and load up again.

If you have L2, you've seen this go on. It's why NITE held down that .0012 buy order for two days to keep the b/a to going back to .0011 and .0012, which would've cost them tons of money.

Buy now if you want, they may have loaded up enough to get through the day, but without news, this will come back down b/c they will run out of shares to sell.
