Can someone please answer this for me?

If you pull up a chart on IBCS from the Ameritrade Streamer, they're showing the last trades at .021 red, as sells (55k 3k 7500 then 44k). Why does this happen? Are they buys or sells and how does A-Trade get it wrong?
