My source is saying, that all systems are a go, the Sedco is tuned up with all equipment, drilling aparatus freshly lubed, etc, etc, and with deadlines for tugging with the tugboat people set for the first week of July. If, he says, there's a delay, then the decision will have nothing to do with the Sedco's preparedness and operational abilities, it will instead be by powers outside of his control, but he says a delay would not be out of the ordinary...

...now for my editorial on this, I think July is still on based on the above, remember that Sinopec was denying any deal making while everyone else was saying there was a deal. So it would not surprise me that Sinopec denies drilling in July. In my opinion, some would call them liars, but I won't of course so as not to be accused of liable, lol. In any case, remember also that Shell has its own plans for the Sedco, and can't just willy nilly change things at the last minute in the sublet agreement. All jmho.
