lots of talk on the board about the company raising the A/S. is that true? have you confirmed it through th state of delware like some are claiming? if so why did they do that if they are buying shares back? if this is not true make sure people are tossed for spreading these rumors. if its true very nice dd on their part. extremely great dd.

now lots of people saying including me that the O/S is lower cause of buyback. why do we say this? the company said it in the presnetation. so we really cant toss the company! haha. but if the O/S is lower than and if it is true the A/S is higher (not saying it is)than there was a strategic move to it?
