I have a similar OPINION; the stars and planets are aligning for BEHL. Congress is processing a new bill, oil per barrel is increasing in price (and will probably continue for some time - Saudis predicting $200.00 in the not so distant future), no one else in this industry has been able to come close to the "CLAIMS" of BEHL, the GREEN industry is in its infancy (enormous growth potential), relatively speaking - no one is aware of BEHL, our market cap is low, we are trading on the pinks as a unsolicited company - with an ambition to move to the OTC and then to big boards, there are many VERY STRONG AND PROUD longs that hold a substantial portion of the tradeable float, there is no sign of an increase of the authorized shares. I could also add:

we may be receiving financing of 1.2 million to 5 million dollars, we have possible joint ventures that are being developed, we may have various memorandoms of understanding for the purchase of our PHOTOBIOREACTOR, we have a SERIOUS agreement with a Chinese company, which produced BEHL Hong Kong (or which we own 40%), which we are in negotiations to deliver our PHOTO BIOREACTOR (not to mention the 100 or so acres of land allotted to us for that purpose by the CHINESE GOVERNMENT), we are working on a WHITE PAPER to deliver to Yanus/Grameen Bank/UN to implement our PHOTOBIOREACTOR ------- AROUND THE WORLD to assist third world countries with malnutrition, we have our Biocentric Consortium entity which is poised to sell/barter/trade/steal/borrow/give! the products of the PHOTOBIOREACTORS (namely biomass feedstock for a plethora of uses) that will be distributed around the world. I'm sure I'm missing something. THIS SHOWS THE AMOUNT OF THOUGHT/FORESIGHT THAT HAS BEEN POURED INTO OUR COMPANY.


If you aren't satisfied with that (the consortium notwithstanding), Biocentric Energy Holdings is not finished... because what you just read about is ONLY one entity of our company. We also own a company that is ready to move forward with the utilization of microwave technology to turn solid waste and Chinese tallow trees into biodiesel and green charcoal (by the way, there was a press release from last year that I posted here before that stated that we have a several years supply of Chinese tallow trees available to use for this purpose.

One final point - and I know I missed some stuff; OUR FIRST, AND WORLD'S LARGEST ALGAE PHOTOBIOREACTOR IS NEAR - THAT IS NEAR NEAR NEAR COMPLETION... and this will be the launch pad. I think I saw a sale on eBay for second hand astronaut suits...
