I doubt they will buy another asset they are selling something of great value to even the score board and it would be wise to have a little(2-300mil) cash in fist going into the last qtr. as the over-all economy might get another slap in the face as I don't think we have seen all the negative fall out and failures from this economic tailspin the govt. put us in- but it is all good for us!
