So now that we have this scenario I have to ask.

What happens when the BK Judge looks at all this and makes the SEC unseal the financing agreements?

I know you do not want to hear my take.

Honestly I think he finds it a violation of fiduciary duty and wipes the liens out giving the assets to the shareholders. It has happened before when CEO's along with other management has tried to screw shareholders.

Forgot we would have to share with the real estate owners that have a lien on Genta also.
