lol... hey stocksurgeon! I think this market isn't safe for man nor beast these days 
Regarding that chart you mentioned - ROC(12) still on the negative as will as Wms%R (a leading indicator) is below the -50 mark... doesn't seem to be quite ready for an upward assault. The chart may need some work and develop more before it makes a serious attempt upwards. Just my humble thoughts.
