eh, thats really no big deal though... why post the same info twice. Im sure when they had their meetings they decided that it would be better coming from the law firm rather than the company. If it just came from the pinky company many would call BS. Plus, its costs $$ to release a PR so why would the company waste the coin when someone else is willing to do so.
