I have a feeling that something big may be on the horizon. SPNG could also be taking advantage of the low prices by buying back shares. If they are buying back shares, it would be disadvantageous to release PR's that could potentially pump up the price. I'm no expert, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Edit: Speaking of me not being an expert, if they were in fact buying back shares, wouldn the stock as having large spikes in volume?
