Stock Alert!

Hello all, just wanted to take a minute to send out this alert for ARTI.

As you know if you regularly follow my stock emails, ARTI has been a play for many of us. We have been awaiting the official announcement of the CSD acquisition and have been told by the company (and CEO) that this news will hit by the end of the month...

So why the alert tonight? ARTI had a conference call for investors at 4:15 this afternoon. An audio replay of this conference call will appear on the Artfest International website Wednesday (www.artfestinternational.com).

Highlights from the conference call:

- On the topic of CSD (Charity Sports Distributors), CEO Edward Vakser stated that the acquisition will be announced within a week's time. He also stated that there are several other acquisitions that are currently pending for the company. He called CSD a "revenue machine," and stated that CSD currently has 27 MAJOR college sports contracts...

According to today's conference call, through the CSD acquisition, Artfest International will become the official high end dealer/provider for the Dallas Cowboys. They will also be a provider/dealer for the Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavericks.

The conference call also stated that additional questions may be directed to Big Apple by calling 407-389-5900 - this could be an indication that the TA gag will be lifted.

Other notes worth reading...

Through their RFID technology, Artfest International is positioning themselves to become the regulatory authority on art. They will soon be implementing an insurance aspect and will soon not only be able to track and monitor a piece of artwork or memorabilia but also monitor it's value and provide the owner insurance on the piece.

In regards to Artfest's recent approval of a $5 million dollar equity line of credit, the conference call stated that this funds will be used to execute an aggressive merger and acquisition plan that the ARTI management has laid out. The line of credit encompasses all the funds needed to execute these moves.

Today's event in Dallas officially launched the Rhupert campaign. Rhupert, a character created by acclaimed artist D. Arthur Wilson, will be used in the UN's Global Peace Project. Artfest has secured the licensing rights to Rhupert.

The conference call also told investors that they can profit through art by launching their own Art Gallery Website for FREE. Lastly, Mr. Vakser stated that he believes that ARTI will grow its revenues SIGNIFICANTLY through the mergers and acquisitions and through ArtChannel TV etc. and said that he could not comment on whether ARTI itself is being targeted to be acquired, but believes that with the TV component, the sports memorabilia companies, and printing companies that ARTI is very attractive with its reach.

I have stated before that I believe ARTI's pps will spike to between .02-.05 on release of the CSD announcement. With the company saying that this will be announced within a week, this appears to be the time to enter or add on to your position in ARTI.

I have since emailed Mr. Vakser back to clarify "We finally got it all done..." and have asked if he was referring to the close of the CSD deal, and have yet to receive a response, although, I'm sure I will hear from him tomorrow. I just wanted to pass his email along in case that he is referring to CSD, as the stock price will surely spike when that news is released.
