Notes taken from ARTI Conference Call

Hey guys, sitting on hold waiting for the conference call to begin. Gonna try to take notes as they go along for anyone who missed it...

Ok, got it... VERY EXCITED after listening to this call! Sorry for the notes format, tried keeping up!

My favorite parts!
- CSD: Per Mr. Vasker, the acquisition of CSD will be announced within a week. Several other acquisitions currently pending.

- Through the CSD acquisition, Artfest International will become the official high end dealer/provider for the Dallas Cowboys.

- CSD: - "Revenue Machine"
Currently 27 MAJOR college contracts
- provider to high end sports teams in Dallas (Cowboys, Rangers, Stars, Mavericks)

In note format:

- Recording of today's conference call will be avilable on www.artfestinternational.com on Wednesday.

- Additional questions can be asked by calling Big Apple directly at 407-389-5900

- the company has from the beggining set milestones including mergers and acquisitions.

- ARTI goal of becomming the gold standard in the art industry through their software package (tracking, reports, catalogs) through their RFID technology (conduit on tracking. you can place a chip in a football or piece of art and track via satellite to your computer or cell phone to locate a piece of art) These chips are electronically numbered. ARTI to basically become the regulatory authority on art. Buyers will be able to scan a piece with a blackberry or iphone. Reader packages also avilable for dealers.

Fraud: Coming soon, ARTI will be implementing and insurance on artwork so that owners pieces are not only trackable but insured. No other art company has attempted to do this.

5 Million Financing:
To be used for aggressive merger and acquisition plan. Acquisitions include memorabilia companies, art and printing companies and framing companies... 5 million encompasses the funds needed for all targeted acquisitions (equity line of credit).

CSD: Per Mr. Vasker, the acquisition of CSD will be announced within a week. Several other acquisitions currently pending.

ARTI Expo Center:
In Dallas, gallery/exp is 52,000 sq feet. Created to maintain the typical brick and mortar gallery style presentation to be used to showcase art, announce and present new artists, and hold events.

In addition to today's event there have already been 3 successful events at this location.

Broken down into 3 main areas, the Russian Tea Room, a Sports and Collectibbles section and a Live painting area

Today's event launched the new Rhupert campaign. Rhupert to be used by UN for their Global Peace Project. Open house for launch.

- several artists currently under contract/ARTI owns licensing rights, many others being negotiated.

- Through the CSD acquisition, Artfest International will become the official high end dealer/provider for the Dallas Cowboys.

Investors are able to be a part of the ARTI team via their own online gallery. Can sign up FREE at www.artchannelgalleries.com

- get your own website and get paid commission on art that sells through there

Edward Vakser stated that he believes that ARTI's will grow its revenues SIGNIFICANTLY through the mergers and acquisitions and through ArtChannel TV etc.

Could not comment on whether ARTI itself is being targeted to be acquired, but believes that with the TV component, the sports memorabilia companies, and printing companies that ARTI is very attractive with its reach.

CSD: - "Revenue Machine"
Currently 27 MAJOR college contracts
- provider to high end sports teams in Dallas (Cowboys, Rangers, Stars, Mavericks)
