milo... what fair they set the iniinal rules to convert and they asked the shareholders to do it in so many words. Most did. I converted most of my share the rest got R/S... fine. But again they did not say the post converted shares will be R/S... if that was the case why convert?


I don't know anymore... these guys do what they want... dilute billions of shares, start and close business, start and change business plans on a dime... so how can we trust them with our converted shares... it looks like they changed the rules on them also.
