Do you all realize that Hunt has had the drill set up there for six months now? Why would they do that, if they did not think this was gonna happen, that they would get paid and strike oil?

It doesn't make sense for them to stay if they didn't think it would happen.

It's like the scene in the courtroom of "Miracle on 34th St." when John Payne has the Court Bailiffs bring in the US Mail letters addressed to Santa Claus North Pole, and if the US Post Office believes this Santa is The Santa, he must be Santa! Case dismissed!
