At .07 cents the whole company with 300 million shares can be acquired for $21 million. Thats what may be happening,a microsoft ,,or Apple,, or Time Warner,, has taken a position, a major one in the stock.

Example- Normally when you hold over 5% of a company stock the sec requires you to file a form. With pink sheet companies,I dont know what they have to do. The buying group may have a bunch of buyers,none own over 5%.

After they acquire 100 million, they can control the company by adding 60 million more shares,,,offer .75 cents for the 60 million shares. Bid deal, for an additional $45 million dollars they buy the leading drm protection technology, and receive a money machine which will earn $30 to $50 million in year 2005.
