I can see right off from your postings that you and I have two different philosophies. You appear to assume those who run penny stocks are honest and competent until you find otherwise. For me, I wouldn't even give a trusted cousin $3,000 to start a business unless he could show evidence of value.

Even though I'm a strong proponent of having the company provide evidence of value and trust and would advise you not to have blind faith, I can certainly add some answers. There are so many red flags flying around Magnum that it looks like a Soviet embassy.

Joseph Glusic specifically lied when he said the $15 million was "secured" and "closed." Investors only found out in the 10-Q that the $15 million was only in the negotiation stage with some party they wouldn't even disclose.

Largely, the evidence is very circumstantial. The landfill purchase merely dropped of the radar. The insiders don't disclose their dumping until months later. The production which was announced as happening late last year showed paltry revenues despite the company making numerous comments saying revenues would be spectactular. The founder and controlling shareholder was previously promoting a scam company shown to have fictitious contracts. The $131 million contract was with NSS, a company which never came close to doing that amount of business. Someone posted a link to NSS' revenues several months ago.

Then you could ask why they are going into the low-tech, razer-thin-margin business of chipping tires when they claim to be developing a new revolutionary technology.

There are a number of red flags which should make you at least be extremely cautious here.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product even more revolutionary.
