The message is clear..."Hey we aren't gonna do anything until the CC so everybody please come and manipulate the crap out of the pps and swing trade, flip, and whatever else you want to do without any fear of a press release from us okay?"...

I guess whenever his friends and family or whoever are done getting their cheapies again we can start the move back up.
