Of course its a scam. That was obvious from the get go. Do they actually have any assets? Certainly not 400 Million. Read the Prs they are total BS.

The SEC will sort it out but I am sure the company is not cooperating. It will end up on the grey sheets at best and trade back down to the shell level valuation.
