Very informative posting. Making the tax credit available to help the home buyer as a down payment would be a great way to get more people buy a home. There are many people who need to do work to their home when they first move in and others who are unable to save a down payment, for whatever reason, and being able to use the tax credit would be great! It would also be a great thing to raise the tax credit to 15k. That means more business for EXPU!
