There are companies out there that make 1.3 million gallon commercial grade biodiesel processors that can be set up a lot quicker than 4 years. Maybe you are thinking more about the nexy generation of refineries. Why all the gloom and doom Brama. Heck this is America, it only took us 10 years to develop the technology to send a man to the moon! Putting up a biodisel processor isn't rocket science.
