They are still setting the print board up. Then they have to go find the wooden mallet, then find a Union worker to use the mallet to hit the type sets. Once they are done approx. 1 week then they will run 1 copy and proof read it. If all is correct they will find another Union worker to turn the handle and then make the extra copies to send to all the info outlets. But they will need time to find Union horses and Union riders to ride the horses to deliver the news! And that is why it takes soooo long for the PR's, approx. 2 more weeks, give or take 2 or 3 weeks. Simple! :)
