I bailed out on Friday, the second caveat emptor was the end for me. I presume it was for the same thing as a week prior, but apparently they didn't think it was that important to follow up with written confirmation of what they had told them previously. As for what the CEO said to another member of this board today ... he told them absolutely nothing .. except basically telling them they don't give a continental about their shareholders.
