Welcome to one of the most exciting independent oil & gas exploration and production companies around! Cobra Oil & Gas Co. recently signed a letter of intent with Enercor Inc. regarding the conversion of certain of Exxon Mobil’s leases covering approximately 26,000 acres of land owned by the BLM (Bureau of Land Management) in the State of Utah - smack in the middle of what is believed to be the largest single deposit of oil sands in North America.
