my question is, are these shares locked down (restricted) for a period of time or are they free trading? also what happened to not having an additional private placement? as of the last shareholder meeting of which Mr.Reagan participated in there was only a trial ballon on having one, the company line was there would not be any additional private placements. current shareholders were not offered to participate as far as I know. maybe the golden boys are not so golden.
