3V, impressive bit of work. To interpret it correctly, I need to know that you defined all the headings correctly. For example, your definition of Dilution. Why is not the total Float the measure of Dilution? More shares out to the public, more dilution? Also, O/S, what does that include. Are the private stock placements not part of the O/S? Maybe this is known by everyone, but how about an elementary definition of what is included in A/S, O/S and Float for us all to pick over? That said, I do indeed appreciate the breakdown of your catagories and the fine graphic/chart presentation.
