You're right, we need some volume before we head up. Low volume usually leads before a substantial uptrend ... well the low volume then the jump in volume we need, cause we already have the low volume taken care of right? lol

This is starting to look prime for someone to do a group play on it to push it, then it will probably increase several hundred % before it's done.
