They'll not gonna be able to do it, I mean NSDM will not be able to put up a new web site by the begining of the September. They never keep their promises, and whatever they say we have to divide by 70% and then subtract another 5% and then it is what they Meant in their statements.
So
Positive outlook: Web site up by end of September
Neutral outlook: Web site up by the begining of November
Negative outlook: Web site up by the end on February 2005
