Buzz up! 0 Print.SUN Sports & Entertainment Inc. (Pinksheets: SUNR) announced today that Hooters and Harley-Davidson have joined SUN as part of a growing list of Sponsors for SUN's next Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Event set for July 12th, 2009 at the Mesquite Arena in Mesquite, TX.
Harley-Davidson is a strategic sponsor and is helping promote the Event at all their Dallas, TX locations as well as an on-site promotion on Saturday, June 27 at their Harley-Davidson Store in Garland, TX. The promo will showcase the new bikes as well as exciting activities and giveaways to include photos with the "Mano-a-Mano" Girls!
Hooters will be doing promotions at all their locations in the Dallas, TX area as well as in store display of cards and posters to promote the event. Hooters has had great success in their association with the MMA industry, hosting many of the sport's biggest pay-per-view events via closed-circuit in the restaurants, to mostly packed houses. Hooters has found that aligning themselves as a leader in this fast growing sport gives them a chance to extend the scope of their demographic clientele and brand themselves as "the sports destination spot."
