BSIO if they announce ANY orders on their patented stuff this will pop and keep popping. Lots of pressure and still no real revenue to speak of. Increasing authorized (200 million) which suggests 1. they need some more cash and/or 2. they are closer to needing to increase the float which according to MyTrack is 75mill. to accomodate upcoming activity...
